Oliver J. Williams is currently the managing partner with Argyle Capital Holdings, an Independent Investment and Financial Advisor Firm headquartered in South Florida.  He holds a BS degree from Florida State University in Finance and completed post-graduate work from The Donald Regan Institute (Merrill Lynch Proprietary Education Program). Mr. Williams also holds numerous securities licenses as well as being a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt.Mr. Williams  has extensive experience in equity investment and municipal bond transactions.    Over the past 30 years he has been the Lead Principal  for SEC/NASD Focus Reporting, heading Investment Banking Teams in the areas of municipal finance, pension fund consulting, corporate public offerings and overall business development.  Engagements included:  securities sales, trading, underwriting, institutional and accredited investor relations, business development, pension fund performance measurement, analyzing performance of fund money managers, financial advisement.

Gail Birks is the founding Principal with CMA Enterprise Incorporated.  She holds a Bachelor Degree in Economics and Finance from Tennessee State University in Nashville, Tennessee where she pledged Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc., Alpha Psi Chapter on the line of the “52 Excuses”.  She is a graduate of the Executive MBA Program at Florida International University.  Ms. Birks is also a Certified Mediator and Arbitrator for the Florida State Supreme Court and holds a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certification. 

She has designed and facilitated training and consulting solutions for organizations on a local and national level.  They include but are not limited to: Mercedes Benz US International, Florida Power and Light, Community Foundation of Broward, South Florida Water Management District, Verizon Wireless, Burger King Corporation, South Florida Workforce, Noven Pharmaceuticals, Inc. and Ryder Systems to name a few. 

It has always been a family tradition to give back to the community and Ms. Birks has carried on that tradition in South Florida during her professional and entrepreneurial career. Ms. Birks has over 24 years as a Corporate Board of Director.  Until recently she served as  a Director for Gibraltar Bank, FSB in Miami, Florida, a board Member – Doral Business Council and an appointed member of the Criminal Justice Council for Miami Dade County. Recently, Ms. Birks received a City of Miami Commission appointment as a Trustee on the Liberty City Trust.   Past board memberships include the Public Health Trust-Jackson Memorial Hospital and Habitat for Humanity.

She has received numerous awards on a local and regional level for her work in the community and in her efforts to build businesses in South Florida and throughout the United States.

She is the proud mother of Courtney Michelle. Maja to Kenzo and Imani. Wife to Oliver Williams, Jr.
